How We Collect Information

Security

Protecting your order information is important to us. We use the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the Internet. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the Site address should change from "http" to "https." Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you won't be able to connect to the server and therefore won't be able to place an order through an insecure connection. While no method is completely impenetrable, our SSL is verified by Thawte who is the industry security leader. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we are committed to protecting your personally identifiable information, we along with our third party provider(s) cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. 

RETURN POLICY

IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR DRJAYS.COM MERCHANDISE.

We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear, make-up and body jewelry. We will not be able to accept returns on swimwear purchases.

When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged. Fragrances may only be returned if they are still sealed in their original packaging.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the DrJays.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as DrJays.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, streethouse.com does not process exchanges after 20 days. We suggest that you send your merchandise back for an exchange of a similar product bought initially.
